January 2026 Weekend Juniors

Welcome to Bstrat Junior RPG!

Juniors is a Social Group where participants adventure through RPG games with one of our Expert Staff supervising and leading the way. Kick back with a snack or beverage from our cafe, defeat evil, and make some friends.

This program is for children 5th Grade and above. Registration is done on a monthly basis, for a flat rate of $125/ Month. Games max out at 6 players.

The flat-rate covers your seat for the month, there is no prorating or refund for missed sessions. See the cancelation policy below for more detail. This is to ensure that the kids, as well as our Counselors, have regularly scheduled games with as few cancellations as possible, and to ensure that you are able to continue to reserve your seat even when you have to miss sessions. reach out to [email protected] with any requests for refunds or with any questions you have. 

Newcomers are eligible for a $30 Trial session to any game that is not already full. These are available on the next screen. Select the "Trial Game" option from the list, and a calendar will appear below the list of options. From there you can select the Date/Time/Counselor on the calendar.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

 

Saturday :

10:30-1:00 - Blue (In-Store)

1:30-4:00 - Blue , Mo (In-Store)

Sunday:

10:00-1:00 - Ben (Digital) *** NO SESSION Sunday January 25th for DM conflict***

Monday: 

6:00-8:00 PM - Will B (Digital)

Cancelation Policy : 

1) If the DM or The  Strategist cancel the session, you will be refunded for that session.

2) If enough players cancel on a session such that there are 2 or fewer attending, the session will be canceled and those players that did not cancel will be refunded for the session. Reach out to [email protected] if you need to miss a session.

3) During the week surrounding major Holidays, refunds are given for anyone who needs to miss (and sessions are often canceled)

4) In the case of a Major Life Event (Graduation, Childbirth, etc) you will be refunded for any missed sessions. These exceptions are made on a case by case basis. Email [email protected] if you need to inquire about a cancelation.
